Shipping: All items ordered will ship within 7 business days. After your order shipped off it will be delivered within 2–5 business days. Once your Soultry items are on the way, you will receive an email notification that contains tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging undisturbed with seal in tact for health reasons.
We offer store credit or an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval a credit note or new item will be sent within 5-7 days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hanahanabeauty.com
